Gary loves the outdoors and especially time spent with friends and relatives at “The Log Cabin” on his property in Charlo, NB

Retired in 2006 following a 36 year career in the financial industry

First elected to council in 2008

Councillor Catherine Johnson-McDavid

Graduated from Sugarloaf Senior High School and have a Human Resources Management Certification from UNB.

I have worked in the Anglophone school District for 26 years and now work as a Human Resources Officer for Anglophone North. 

I am married to Curtis McDavid, and am a mother of 2 children and a grandmother of 3.  

I have volunteered for many organizations over the years such as Brownies/Guides, Syncro, Relay for Life (Team Leader), Home and School Association, Minor Hockey Association, and am a true hockey mom.  I was also the Chairperson for the CMS PSSC Committee in 2011-2012. 

I was born in Tide Head and lived here most of my life, and I am very proud of our little community.

Councillor Patrick Lanteigne

Patrick moved away from the area for a few years, during which time he attended Saint Thomas University and the New Brunswick Community College Saint John.  He moved back to the area in 2002 where he finally settled permanently in Tide Head in 2007.

He has always been actively involved in different committees and causes.  He is a member of the Atholville Fire Department since 2003; he is the Muscular Dystrophy Advisor for Northern New Brunswick since 2005, Fire Prevention Officer in the AFD since 2006.  He is employed at AV Cell since 2006 and is actively involved in the social committee, Joint Health and Safety Committee, Employee and Family Assistant Program, as well as representing his department as Shop Steward. 

Patrick lives here with his wife Joni and children Lydia, Liana and Dominic.  He looks forward to getting to know the residents of Tide Head throughout his term as councillor as well as working together with the Council to move forward towards improving our already great village.

Councillor Mark St. Onge

Born in St. Jules, Quebec in 1947

Married to Henrietta Durette

Moved to Tide Head in 1975

Proud father of two children:  Charlene and Jason

Served as a volunteer firefighter for 18 years
